Exhibitor Booth Size and Amenities
Standard Booths are 8’x10’ and Equipment Booths are 8’x20’. Registration includes two (2) event passes, 8’ table, linens, two (2) chairs and WiFi.
Electricity and Forklift Use
Electricity is $50 and requests are due October 15th. If you order electricity, please bring your own cords. Power drops will only be available to those booths that ordered electricity.
Forklift use is $100 and available on Sunday, November 12th from 3:00 – 5:00pm; requests are due October 15th.
Exhibitor Attendee Registration and Meals
As part of your Exhibitor Registration, you receive two (2) event passes. Please let us know the names and emails of your two (2) representatives by October 15th. Additional company passes are $200 before October 15th; after that additional representatives are $245-345 per person.
Each representative receives coffee and pastries on Monday and Tuesday; lunch on Monday; and wine and hors d’oeuvres Monday evening. There is an option to purchase a boxed lunch on Tuesday as the seminar break is very short.
Certificates of Insurance
Certificates of Insurance are due October 15th. It can be faxed to 805.466.6692 or email@example.com

The Exhibitors’ Showcase is on Monday, November 13th from 4:30 – 6:00pm at the Madonna Inn Expo Center . We encourage you to invite guests to the wine and Hors d’oeuvres reception. Entrance is complimentary, but we do ask that guests register in advance by calling 805.466.2288.
Exhibitor Load In and Out
Exhibitor load in is Sunday, November 12th at 3:00 p.m. Booths must be set up no later than 5:00 p.m. Additional time for set up is available on Monday, November 13th from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Exhibitor take down begins on Tuesday, November 14th after 12:00 p.m.
No advance shipments will be accepted by the event organizers or Madonna Inn.
• Booths must fit within the guidelines and must not block the visibility of neighboring booths.
• Exhibitors are responsible for any damages, theft or loss to their displays and/or products.
• Exhibitors must abide by all parking, loading, and unloading regulations at the Madonna Inn Expo Center.
• Exhibitor booth fees are non-refundable after August 1st.
